Business Visitation Program

The Invest Pickering team plays an active role in fostering relationships and supporting our existing business community. The Business Visitation Program is a special type of Business Retention and Expansion program in place to address the existing business needs and opportunities for growth. This includes support with expansion needs and retaining businesses and jobs where there is a risk of closure. Through this program, there are various objectives we aim to achieve which include developing relations and ongoing communications with existing businesses; gathering insights and identifying needs; and delivering solutions and resources to their challenges or concerns. This gives the Invest Pickering team the opportunity to showcase the businesses in our community.
